CC-10-001: Final Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding

In the December 15, 2009 Federal Register, EPA published its final decision declaring that greenhouse gases endanger public health and welfare, and that emissions of greenhouse gases from new motor vehicles and motor vehicle engines contribute to this endangerment.
