CC-09-009: CERCLA/SARA – Correction to Tier II Chemical Inventory Reporting Requirements

The March 26, 2009, Federal Register includes an EPA notice correcting an inadvertent error in the reporting requirements for Tier II chemical inventory reports. This correction will be of interest to facilities currently submitting annual Tier II chemical inventories to Local Emergency Planning Committees, State Emergency Response Commissions, and local fire departments as required by Section 312 of SARA.
