CC-09-005: Minor Revisions of New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for Steam Generating Units

In the January 28, 2009, Federal Register, EPA announces minor modifications to the current New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for both industrial boilers and electric utility steam generating units. These revisions were proposed in June 2008 (CC Memo 08-004).
