CC-07-027: DHS Final Rule Revising Appendix A List of Chemicals of Interest to the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards

In the Federal Register on November 20, 2007, the Department of Homeland Security published a Final Rule establishing its list of Appendix A Chemicals of Interest (COI) to the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS). This publication initiates the 60-day clock for chemical facilities to complete registration and submission to DHS of an online Top Screen questionnaire.
