CC-06-032: Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC), Amendments, and Extension of Compliance Dates

In the December 26, 2006 Federal Register, EPA published a final rule amending the July 2002 Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) requirements, and a proposal to extend compliance dates for revision and implementation of facility SPCC plans.
