CC-06-025: CERCLA/SARA – Administrative Exemption for Reporting of Releases of NO and NO2 from Combustion

The October 4, 2006 contains an EPA final rule exempting non-federally permitted releases of NO and NO2 from combustion activities of 1000 pounds or less over 24 hours from the CERCLA/SARA emergency release notification requirements.
