CC-06-007: Revision of New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for Steam Generating Units

The February 27, 2006 Federal Register contains an EPA final rule revising New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for both industrial and electric utility steam generating units. The revised NSPS applies to boilers and thermal oil heaters built or modified after February 28, 2005.
