CC-06-004: Final Amendments to the MACT Emission Standards for Plywood and Composite Wood Products (PCWP) Manufacturing Facilities and Response to Petitions for Reconsideration

The February 16, 2006 Federal Register includes final revisions and clarifications to the MACT emission standards for panel plants and engineered lumber mills (the Plywood and Composite Wood Products rule or PCWP MACT), and a final response to petition submitted by environmental advocacy groups for reconsideration of the low-risk subcategory provisions contained in the PCWP MACT. EPA proposed these changes in July 2005.
