CC-05-036: Removal of Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) from the List of Hazardous Air Pollutants

In the December 19, 2005 Federal Register, EPA published its final rule removing methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) from the list of hazardous air pollutants. This final rule will be of general interest to companies with facilities emitting MEK or using coating materials, inks, or solvents containing MEK.
