CC-05-031: Inventory Update Rule (IUR) – EPA Announcement of Workshops on IUR Reporting

In the Federal Register notice dated November 8, 2005, EPA announces that it is convening two workshops on 2006 IUR reporting requirements. In 1986, EPA promulgated the IUR for the partial updating of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Inventory Database. Reporting is required every four years. The workshops will be held in Washington, DC, December 5, 2005, and in Los Angeles, CA, December 12, 2005.
