CC-05-020: Proposed Amendments to the MACT Emission Standards for Plywood and Composite Wood Products (PCWP) Manufacturing Facilities and Response to Petitions for Reconsideration

 In the July 29, 2005 Federal Register, EPA issued its final MACT emission standards for panel plants and engineered lumber mills. The first attachment consists of proposed revisions and clarifications to the rule, and the second attachment deals with a petition submitted by environmental advocacy groups for reconsideration of the low-risk subcategory provisions contained in the final rule.
