CC-05-017: Guidelines for Conducting Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) Analyses for Visibility Improvement

In the July 6, 2005 Federal Register, EPA published its final guidelines that states can use for determining Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) requirements for certain major industrial sources that may contribute to regional haze impairing visibility in Federal Class I areas.
