CC-05-006: Proposed Revision of New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for Steam Generating Units

The February 28, 2005 Federal Register contains an EPA proposal to revise New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for both industrial and electric utility steam generating units. The revised NSPS will apply to boilers and thermal oil heaters built or modified after February 28, 2005.
