CC-04-033: Proposed Requirements for Cooling Water Intake Structures

The November 24, 2004, edition of the Federal Register [FR 69 68444-68565] contains proposed revisions to the NPDES system that would establish requirements for surface water intake structures that withdraw, in whole or in part, water used exclusively for cooling purposes.
