CC-04-029: SPCC Extension of Compliance Dates

The attached material appeared in the August 11, 2004, Federal Register [FR 69 48794-48799].It is an EPA final rule extending by 18 months certain compliance dates related to the July 2002 Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule. This rule is effective immediately.
