CC-04-026: MACT for Industrial Boilers – Fuel Sampling and Analysis Techniques

As part of its upcoming MACT emission standards for industrial boilers, EPA will require sampling and analyses of solid fuels. Facilities with boilers burning solid fuels will have to prepare a site-specific fuel analysis plan. To assist member companies in developing such a plan, the National Council staff has prepared the attached document “Factors To Consider in Developing a Site-Specific Fuel Sampling and Analysis Plan”.
