CC-04-015: Proposal to Alter MACT Emission Standards for Combustion Turbines

The attached material appeared in the April 7, 2004 Federal Register. It is an EPA proposal to modify the recently promulgated MACT emission standards for stationary combustion turbines by deleting four subcategories from the source category. In a related notice, EPA is proposing to delay the effective date for the MACT standards for new turbines in these four subcategories until a final decision is made on deleting the subcategories.
