CC-03-033: Applicability of Paper Coating MACT Emission Standards to Size Presses and On-Machine Coating Operations

In response to inquiries made by the American Forest & Paper Association, EPA issued the attached letter concerning the applicability of the paper coating MACT emission standards to paper machine size presses and on-machine coaters. EPA determined application of sizing and water-based clays is not subject to this rule.
