CC-03-032: Amendment of Final Rule Revising Certain New Source Review Permitting Requirements

Attached is material that appeared in the November 7, 2003 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule amending two provisions contained in an earlier rule that revised key air permitting requirements for projects undertaken at existing facilities. These amendments may be of interest to companies planning modifications to existing facilities that could alter the facilities’ emissions of air pollutants.
