CC-03-030: Final Rule to Establish an Equipment Replacement Exemption Provision in New Source Review Permitting Requirements

Attached is material that appeared in the October 27, 2003 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule incorporating an explicit equipment replacement exemption provision into the air permitting requirements for existing sources under EPA’s New Source Review (NSR) programs.
