CC-03-029: Revisions to New Source Performance Standards for Volatile Organic Liquid Storage Vessels (Subpart Kb)

The attached material appeared in the October 15, 2003 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule revising certain applicability provisions in the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for volatile organic liquid storage tanks. These amendments will be of interest to chemical pulp mills and other manufacturing facilities that have storage tanks containing liquids such as fuel oil, solvents, coating materials, etc.
