CC-03-028: Final Rule Clarifying Used Oil Management Standards

Attached is find material that appeared in the Federal Register on July 30, 2003. In it, EPA clarifies the relationship between RCRA and TSCA rules governing the management of used oils that contain PCBs and the applicability of these rules to Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators (CESQGs).This material will interest companies that generate or burn used oils.
