CC-03-023: Final MACT Standards for Surface Coating of Wood Building Products

Attached is material that appeared in the May 28, 2003 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule for Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) emission standards for the surface coating of wood building products. These standards will be of interest to companies with facilities that perform coating of panel and engineered lumber products.
