CC-03-013: Proposed Changes to New Source Performance Standards for Volatile Organic Liquid Storage Tanks (Subpart Kb)

The attached material appeared in the February 24, 2003 Federal Register. It is an EPA proposal to revise certain applicability provisions in the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for volatile organic liquid storage tanks. This proposal will be of interest to chemical pulp mills and other manufacturing facilities that have storage tanks containing liquids such as fuel oil, solvents, coating materials, etc.
