CC-03-012: Guidelines Establishing Test Procedures for the Analysis of Pollutants; Whole Effluent Toxicity Test Methods

Attached is material published in the November 19, 2002 Federal Register. In it, EPA promulgates a final rule describing methods for Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) measurements and establishes guidelines for interpretation of the acceptability of individual tests based on these methods. The intent is that the various states will use this guidance for NPDES permitting and enforcement.
