CC-02-026: Final Rule on Certification in Lieu of Monitoring for Chloroform under the Effluent Limitations Guidelines

Attached is material published in the September 19, 2002 Federal Register. In it, EPA promulgates an amendment to the effluent limitations guidelines for mills subject to subpart B, bleached papergrade kraft, requirements. The amendment would allow for certification and regular monitoring of certain bleach plant operating parameters in lieu of making weekly measurements of chloroform in bleaching effluents.
