CC-02-020: Proposed MACT Standards for Surface Coating of Wood Building Products

Attached is material that appeared in the June 21, 2002 Federal Register. It is an EPA proposal for Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) emission standards for the surface coating of wood building products. The proposed standards will be of interest to those companies with facilities that perform coating of panel and engineered lumber products.  Such products include interior paneling, tileboard, exterior siding, millwork, doorskins, doors and windows.
