CC-02-012: Revised Guidance on Reporting of Air Releases of CERCLA Hazardous Substances and SARA Extremely Hazardous Substances from “Grandfathered” Sources

Attached is material that appeared in the April 23, 2002 Federal Register. It is revised EPA guidance on the definition of “federally permitted releases” as it pertains to emissions from so-called “grandfathered” sources that may be subject to CERCLA Section 103 and/or SARA Section 304 reporting requirements. It supplements recently issued guidance on “federally permitted releases.”
