CC-02-002: Final Rule on the Location, Design, and Operation of Cooling Water Intake Structures at New Facilities

In the attached material from the December 18, 2001 Federal Register, EPA finalizes regulations on cooling water intake structures at new facilities. This material will interest companies building, or expecting to build, new facilities that use cooling water, as well as persons following EPA’s development of rules governing the design and use of cooling water intake structures.
