CC-00-043: Revised Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for Storm Water

Attached you will find portions of the October 30, 2000 Federal Register in which EPA finalizes the new MSGP, extends coverage to current MSGP holders until January 29, 2001 (in most cases), and issues instructions for applying for coverage under the new MSGP. This material will interest companies with facilities operating under EPA’s MSGP. EPA issues storm water permits in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Idaho, New Mexico, and Arizona. Facilities in states having storm water permitting authority will be affected only when (and if) state requirements are changed to reflect the new MSGP.
