CC-00-037: Revisions to Performance Specifications for Continuous Opacity Monitoring Systems

The attached material appeared in the August 10, 2000 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule revising Performance Specification 1 (PS-1) for continuous opacity monitoring systems. The effective date for this revised rule is February 6, 2001. This revised rule will be of interest to mills planning to upgrade, relocate, recertify or replace an existing opacity monitor or install a new opacity monitor.
