CC-00-020: Amendments for Coverage of Propane and Other Flammable Hydrocarbon Fuels under the Risk Management Plan Rule
The attached material appeared in the March 13, 2000 Federal Register. It is an EPA final rule that amends the Risk Management Plans requirements for flammable substances, including propane, methane, ethane, and butane. If a flammable substance is used solely as a fuel, the Risk Management Plan (RMP) requirements no longer apply to that substance.
