CC-00-017: Cluster Rule Questions and Implementation Information – Version 4.0

Attached is version 4.0 of NCASI’s Cluster Rule Q&A Document. It supercedes version3.0 (which was only available on the NCASI members only Web site) and version 2.0. This document will mainly be of interest to chemical pulp mills. Version 4.0 reflects recent developments related to the MACT portion of the 1998 Cluster Rule, namely the EPA Q&A document released in September 1999 and the January 2000 EPA proposal to modify condensate treatment requirements applicable to biological treatment systems.
