Attached you will find portions of a final rule that was published in the Federal Register on January 27, 2000. In that rule, EPA promulgates final effluent limitations guidelines for hazardous waste combustors. Unlike the proposed rule, the final rule does not cover units burning only non-hazardous wastes.
