CC-00-004: Proposed Revisions to the April 15, 1998 MACT Rule

The attached material appeared in the January 25, 2000, Federal Register. It is an EPA proposal to modify selected requirements in the final pulp and paper MACT regulation issued on April 15, 1998. This material will be of interest to all chemical wood pulp mills planning to burn non-condensable gases in a boiler or recovery furnace and to kraft mills planning to use biological treatment systems for meeting the condensate treatment requirements.
