CC-00-003: Final Phase II Storm Water Rule

Attached you will find material published in the Federal Register on December 8, 1999. In it, EPA finalizes several changes to the storm water permitting program. These include (a) new requirements for construction activities disturbing between one and five acres, and (b) a conditional exclusion from permitting requirements for certain industrial facilities where there is “no exposure” of industrial activities and materials to storm water. Only those portions of the Federal Register material dealing with these two provisions are included.
