HERC Series Webcast No. 16: Accidental Releases

On February 25, 2014, NCASI held the 16th webcast in its series based on the Handbook of Environmental Regulations and Control, Volume 1: Pulp & Paper Manufacturing. This session focused on the federal regulatory planning requirements for the prevention of accidental releases to air, water, and land from pulp and paper mills, and for the reporting of any accidental releases that do occur.
