Developing GHG Inventories for Wood Products Manufacturing Facilities Using the NCASI GHG Calculation Tool

NCASI conducted a webcast training session for Louisiana-Pacific (LP) environmental managers on the NCASI GHG Calculation Tool for Wood Products Facilities to assist them in the preparation of a corporate inventory of GHG emissions. This training was given by Dr. Brad Upton of the NCASI West Coast Research Center, and was oriented toward helping facilities located both in Canada and in the United States. LP graciously agreed to make the recording of this training session available to all NCASI members.

Calculating GHG Emissions from Pulp and Paper Manufacturing for Canada’s GHG Reporting Program

NCASI and FPAC members, as well as any other interested Canadian industry representatives, were invited to participate in this workshop on the Canadian user-friendly interface version of the ICFPA/NCASI Greenhouse Gas Calculation Tool. A French version is available. Expenses for the workshop were covered jointly by NCASI and FPAC.
